Bio and overview of PMH holistic therapies.
We all have unique issues, challenges, and situations in our lives. My holistic therapies are tailored to your unique needs to help you balance and heal your mind, body, and Soul.
I will also provide the tools, techniques, and wisdom to empower you to be independent, heal yourself, be happier, improve your health, be more confident and to be the master of your life, future, and destiny.
I have been using complementary, holistic and alternative therapies since the mid 1990’s. I am a diploma qualified hypnotherapist, spiritual teacher, meditation teacher, spiritual councillor, spiritual hypnotherapist, and Reiki / Energy healer.
Over the last 27 years I have attended many holistic workshops and courses and read numerous holistic books, ascended master teachings and websites.
I love to use this knowledge and wisdom to raise my own consciousness and to help others to heal, fulfil their divine plans, balance their Karma, learn their life lessons, and raise their consciousness.
I was brought up as a Catholic and I went to church until I was in my late teens. I found that Catholicism was a good spiritual foundation but during my late teens I felt that something was missing in my spiritual life.
I started to attend trance mediumship and clairvoyance demonstrations which I found very interesting which piqued further my interest in all things spiritual.
During the mid-1990’s I attended several training courses at the “Joseph Carey Psychic foundation” (JCPF) in Portsmouth, England. The training courses covered a wide range of spiritual topics and involved a combination of theory and practical work.
We learnt about spiritual protection, spiritual healing, spiritual philosophy, clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, ESP and other spiritual practices.
I qualified as a JCPF spiritual healer and worked as a spiritual healer at the weekly JCPF healing clinics.
I have also attended other healing training courses and workshops and I now practice as an “Guided intuitive Energy Healer” which involves using a combination of the following healing modalities: -
Spiritual healing, Reiki healing, Sound healing, Etheric Crystals, Angelic energies, distance healing, Ascended masters and using the seven sacred flames.
I learnt Transcendental mantra meditation (TM) in 1989 and meditate twice a day. I also combine TM with Spiritual mantras, decrees, and invocations. I teach people how to meditate and provide tailor made meditation recordings.
