Good morning🙂
As a massage therapist and personal trainer, I have variety of clients in my salon.
Today is a manicure, pedicure, pilates, stretch session day.
I offer holistic therapy, so I live as much as I can to help myself first.
My body needs to be supported with good nutrition and good physical fitness level.
Today is day 10 of our Sugar free challenge aswell🙂
My breakfast today
Oats, non homogenised full fat milk, banana and zero sugar chocolate protein powder.
Balanced, macros covered, good quallity carbs.
I know for a lot of people nutrition is not important, but how do you expect to feel good if you are eating wrong food most of the time?l
Bloated, no enery, , you stop being active, your back hurts from sitting, then you come to me for a massage🙂
I will do my best to help you, but you have to take your health as a whole.
