There was a lot of sweat spilt this past week that’s for sure… super proud of everyone who continued to show up even in this crazy heat! I had some of my best workouts this week, hitting my highest watts on the bike, lifting super heavy and generally being inspired by all of my amazing students!!! The hot yoga classes were unreal, spent as much time as we could at the beach or in the paddling pool 🤣, and managed some gorgeous evening walks on the South Downs. Can’t wait to hit this week running!

Starting off with circuits at New House Farm followed by online yoga tomorrow to start your week off strong 💪 and zen 🧘.

Looking forward to another week of getting stronger and healthier together. Seriously though Is there a nicer place to workout?? And the weather is looking goooood over the next few weeks ☀️ ☀️
