Just been absolutely HUMBLED during a workout with ! It’s so much harder than you think it’ll be! Trying to maintain technique and posture whilst bracing properly gives you a serious workout! I’ll definitely feel plenty of tomorrow!

New for 2024 … Reformer Pilates! 🥳

These 40 minute sessions will be led by Chartered Physiotherapist Paul Derrick, and will use reformer spring resistance to improve your strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture and core stability!

These sessions will be available on a Friday and Saturday at MyGym - Hazel Grove- starting from the 1st March! 🗓️
