Hello my dear friends,
Just like every part of your body – your eyes, your fingers, your toes, your stomach, and your ears – are all just parts of a whole, always connected and working in unison, the universe is like a big body connected and working the same way.
That’s actually what universe means: one thing, moving together.
The same thing is true on this little planet of ours; the whole thing is a constant cycling and changing of energies, affecting all parts at all times, whether all those parts know it or not. That means, that cycling and changing of energies is happening inside our bodies, too.
So when it’s spring all around you, with everything waking up, drawing on the energy it saved in the winter to push outwards, move, and grow, you’d better believe your body is trying to do all those same things. And you’re going to feel that in your emotions and in your mind, too.
When it’s summer all around you and the birds are singing from before dawn till after dusk, and everything is up and moving all the time – you’d better believe your body, mind, and emotions are going to want to reflect that.
Just like everything in the universe is a form of energy, everything in the universe is connected – like one big body. And just like one cell in your body has all the genetic information for everything else in your body, anything and everything in the universe has all the information of the entire universe within it.
Like one cell carries the information of the whole body, you carry within you the wisdom of the entire universe.
✨ All things are connected.
✨ We are all connected.
✨ We are all made of energy.
And when we open ourselves to this truth—we become healers.
We heal ourselves.
We help heal others.
We create a world with less suffering and more joy.
