Prior to the August bank holiday weekend, please be aware our turnaround time for repeat prescription requests is 48 hours. You can order repeat prescriptions by:

📱Using the NHS app
🖊️Filling out a repeat prescription request form and bringing this to the surgery. You can hand this in at reception or put it into the prescription request box outside the surgery.
💻Emailing us at [email protected]

For patient safety, please note we cannot accept prescription requests over the telephone.

Please also note that some pharmacies may have their own processing times for making up or delivering your prescriptions.

Small, consistent steps can make a real difference. A simple conversation about what's changing can help children feel more prepared and start understanding what toilet training is all about.

Remember, every child develops differently and some children with additional needs may need more support. Focus on progress, not perfection, and take things one step at a time 👣

Following our recent patient survey about access to the practice, we'd like to share some key information about booking appointments.

Appointment requests can be submitted online throughout the day, and routine appointments can be booked in advance.

If you prefer not to use online services, you can still contact us by phone or in person, and our reception team can complete an online request on your behalf.
