Just for today I want you to know that you are enough just as you are.

I want you to believe that you are good, you are worthy of love.

I want you to feel that your body is keeping you safe, you are safe in this moment.

I want you to know that you are grounded by the earth beneath your feet, you are held by every breath you take and that no thoughts and no feelings can hurt you.

They simply move through you as you compassionately observe them.

Allow the feeling of surrender as you simply observe how your body is letting go of what no longer serve you.

This is healing and this is growth. ❤️
