Counselling supports not only the client through their personal difficult issues, it also is there to assist in the clients personal growth. Helping the client to understand their self, enhance emotional awareness, build personal resilience and develop healthier behaviours and boundaries in all types of relationships leading to a more fulfilling life.
I work with clients on a one to one and online basis, working with younger, mid-aged and older people, I also work on an in person only basis with couples.
