Our lovely Anne! She really is one of our favourite people 💐
After a good chat and a catch up over coffee and biscuits Anne ended up choosing a frame from Theo that she loved but couldn’t decide on colour. So what’s a gal to do but take both 🤷🏼‍♀️
And of course was dressed to match at collection 💙
The gold pair are a limited edition pair (only 15 left when she chose these!) and of course the stunning vibrant blue matches her vibrant personality perfectly! 💛💙

🌞🌙 THE ECLIPSE IS COMING! 🌙🌞

Tomorrow, 12 August 2026, we’ll be treated to a spectacular partial solar eclipse! ✨

It’s going to be an amazing thing to see, but gonnae no look directly at the Sun! 😂

🕶️ Normal sunglasses aren’t safe for eclipse viewing.

🔭 And please don’t be tempted to use binoculars, telescopes or cameras to look at the Sun unless they have the correct solar filter.

👓 If you want to view the eclipse directly, you’ll need properly certified ISO 12312-2 solar eclipse glasses or viewers.

We don’t stock eclipse glasses at Helensburgh Eyecare, so please make sure you get suitable certified viewers before the big event.

☀️ Looking at the Sun without the right protection can cause permanent damage to your eyes, and you may not realise it’s happened at the time.

So enjoy the eclipse, protect your peepers and gonnae no take any chances! 👀

Because we’d much rather see you in the practice for your regular eye test than because you’ve burnt your retina trying to get a cracking photo of the Sun! 😜

Caroline is so lovely and wow does she look good in her new Etnia Barcelona glasses!

💛We thought it was time for an update on our fundraising progress!💛

💛You lovely lot have helped us raise £670 so far! Thank you all for the kind and generous donations! The Bake Sale was a HUGE contributor to that amount 🍰

💛Sadly the Ben Lomond climb had to be cancelled. But don’t fret! We have some other fundraising bits and bobs coming up to replace it.
