I couldn’t understand how I had gone from a person who could handle so much to someone who felt overwhelmed when I had to add the smallest thing to my already packed day.

Yet, I always felt I had to be doing more to be seen as managing. I would always just fill the bucket in order to feel that I was productive. Meanwhile my nervous system was screaming.

It wasn’t that I was incapable, it was that my brain had tied my worth to the length of my to-do list. When I started using techniques to work with my nervous system instead of against it, I found relief.

Finding rest isn’t a reward for finishing everything, it is the only way to stop the bucket from overflowing.

I have planned these treatments to deeply soothe and restore your body’s natural balance. Ultimately creating a space to decompress, rest and reset.
