Live One Eighty Sport and Remedial Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy I am a Soft Tissue Therapist based in Breage, near Helston in West Cornwall. I look forward to meeting you.

I studied with the London School of Sports Massage and hold a level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Clinical Sport and Remedial Massage, now known as Soft Tissue Therapy. In addition I am qualified to level 1 in Be Activated muscle activation, a powerful approach that uses the stimulation of established reflex points to reboot the brain into better movement patterns. Here at Live One Eighty I use

a combination of treatment approaches to bring about lasting changes to your body’s soft tissues, relieving tension and pain and allowing your body to function fully, freely and properly again. Wherever possible I will give you the tools you need to take control of your own body to enable you to bring about the changes you need to live a full and active life. The idea is not that you become dependent on me to "fix" you, but for you to become your own "fixer".

It’s time for a new chapter.

Live One Eighty will be closing permanently on 31st March. I’m no longer taking on new clients, but I will continue to see my existing clients until the end of March.

Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients. It has truly been an honour and a joy to work with each and every one of you over the years. I’m incredibly grateful for your trust and support.

I’m not retiring! I’ll be focusing fully on my other business, Arvor and Mor Jewellery.
