💙You don't need to feel guilty for taking time for yourself. 💙

I had a lovely client in today who hadn't had a treatment for years. She's a teacher, a mum to a two-year-old and, like so many people, juggling an awful lot.

When I asked who was looking after her little boy while she was with us, she told me he was at nursery.
Then she said, "I feel really guilty coming here for something just for me. I feel like I should be doing something else."

It made me so sad.............And it definitely reminded me of years ago me!
And how many of us have thought exactly the same thing?

We can find a million things that need doing before we are allowed to take an hour for ourselves. The list is endless - Then there's the money angle on top of that.

But you don't have to be exhausted, overwhelmed or at breaking point before you're allowed to take care of yourself.
