Event Medical Cover & First Aid - We offer highly experienced clinicians that provide industry leading and bespoke medical coverage anywhere in the UK. No challenge is too tough, our fantastic equipment and resources are perfect for any event, ranging from sporting to festivals. Patient Transport - We know that sometimes a little extra support is needed when helping loved ones travel, that is why we offer dedicated patient transport vehicles to suit any need. Our trucks can even accommodate wheelchairs, stretchers, bariatrics, paediatrics, high dependency, and more! Mental Health & Secure Transport - Our dedicated mental health staff with advanced training and secure covert cell vehicles are able to provide transport for all risk level individuals, going to; low, medium, or high security psychiatric facilities, 136 suites, emergency departments, Police stations and many others. EU & UK Repatriation - We deal with specialist medical repatriation and patient transfer requirements on behalf of public and private hospitals and health care providers, insurance companies, and other organisations throughout the EU & UK. East Anglia Medical Care (EAMC) are based in Barham, Suffolk - but cover the whole of East Anglia and beyond, even including Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland! As an ECA, you'll work alongside Paramedics responding to medical emergencies and supporting Nurses, ACP's, and GP's within an on-site Urgent Treatment Centre.

What you must already have:
✅ ECA qualification (FREC4)
✅ Blue light driving qualification (CERAD)
✅ Full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points
✅ Pre-hospital care experience

Another incredible event for EAMC to be part of! We were proud to support Ipswich Borough Council and Ipswich Town Football Club with the promotion parade and celebrations in Christchurch Park.

It’s been a busy Bank Holiday weekend for the team, with event cover alongside our frontline crews, PTS and HDU teams all working hard to support the community.

We’re also excited to share photos of our newest addition to the fleet, along with some great shots of our staff in action.

A massive well done to all our staff for their continued hard work and dedication — it truly makes a difference. And a big thank you to our Event Managers for their ongoing support in ensuring every event is delivered safely and successfully.

🔹 Emergency Care Assistant (FREC4)
💷 £36,036 per annum
Supporting clinicians with emergency response, patient care, and maintaining clinical readiness across site. This is a hands-on role assisting with assessments, treatment delivery, and ensuring equipment and vehicles are operational at all times.

🔹 Emergency Treatment Nurse (Independent Prescriber)
💷
£34,320 per annum - Two days per week
£51,480 per annum - Three days per week

Autonomous position delivering urgent care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing. You’ll manage walk-in cases, respond to emergencies, and play a key role in clinical decision-making within a fast-paced environment.

🔹 HCPC Registered Paramedic
💷 £64,428 per annum
A varied role combining emergency response and treatment centre duties. You’ll manage trauma and medical incidents, deliver urgent care, and take clinical lead responsibility when required, particularly during out-of-hours periods.

All roles sit within a structured, site-based environment, offering a mix of emergency response and day-to-day clinical care within a supportive, professional team.
