*Change to online booking for El*

We are so lucky to have the support of you lovely people and our books are showing this.

With this in mind, I have decided to remove the online booking process temporarily for my bookings only, this will enable me to re-book my existing clients in when they are used to.

I have not closed my books, it just means I can control my diary to suit as many of you as I can.

If you’d like an appointment with me then please get in touch and I can book you in.

Tids’ online booking process is remaining the same so you still have this option for any sports massage or deep tissue massage needs you have.

Thanks all and again, very grateful to you all for trusting us with your massage needs.

For our clients who come from the A140 direction, or from Woodton along the Bungay Road, if you have appointments coinciding with these dates, please note the main road into us will be closed from 5pm!! Message us for directions if you aren’t aware of a better alternative route.

April 2026 Price Increase

We haven’t done an increase in a few years but unfortunately to fall in line with everything that is going up from utility bills, stock to petrol we will need to increase our treatment prices as follows:

All home visits are these prices + £5 for 15 mile radius and + £10 for 15+ radius

WORLD CANCER DAY 4th February 2026

We can support people with cancer in many ways by offering lifts to and from hospital, picking up shopping, cooking a meal, making a cup of tea and listening, all of these provide invaluable support.

Butterfly Touch Therapists are experienced practitioners in one or more of the following modalities, Massage, Reflexology or Reiki. They have taken further accredited professional training in oncology in order to support clients with a cancer diagnosis by offering their relaxing, balancing and calming treatments to clients with a cancer diagnosis 🦋

Since moving back to the village I grew up in (Tids) we have always tried our best as individuals and as a business to support and be part of village life. And this piece of village news I feel is worth sharing on our page. I know that Eloise Tidder will not like the attention, but I want say personally say thank you to her and The Sudden Arrhythmic Death UK Charity (SADS UK) https://sadsuk.org.uk/ for getting the village another defibrillator. Thanks also go the memebers to the Hempnall Trust & The Mill Hempnall for getting it installed and functioning as quickly as you have. It's great to see what can be achieved when you pull together and support each other. Let's hope that it is not required for a long time to come.

Defibrillator at the Mill!

Thanks to one of our trustees Eloise Tidder & the Sudden Arrhythmic Death UK Charity, we now have another Defibrillator in the village that is operational in co-operation with Hempnall Parish Council.

This is in addition to the Defibrillators in the phone box by the village sign, at Hempnall Village Hall and Hempnall Primary School (when the school is open).

Posture, one of the key elements when learning massage therapy. They didn’t mention the art of dodging the dog 😂.
2 very happy souls during this treatment, I have clients who actively feel calmer when there’s a hound around.
