This girl is such an inspiration to Hemsworth Nutrition ❤️

She was one of the very first people I ever did a free wellness evaluation with, and wow... she has never looked back.

This place was made for her. It all came so naturally, and she has embraced every part of the journey.
Through weekends away, holidays, and everything life has thrown at her, she has stayed consistent and absolutely smashed club life.

Today she is an incredible 3 stone down and not only looks like a whole new woman, but feels like one too.

Her story is amazing, and I couldn't be prouder of everything she has achieved. 🌟

💚 What a Team – Hemsworth Nutrition 💚
I am absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness, support, and hard work everyone showed this morning while moving clubs.

Today proved exactly what teamwork is all about. Everyone chipped in, everyone helped, and together we achieved something that would have been impossible alone. A couple of hours of hard graft, plenty of muscle-building, a few sore backs tomorrow, and the job was done!

I feel incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such amazing people. Thank you all so much for giving up your time, rolling your sleeves up, and helping make it happen.

It wasn't just about moving equipment today – it was about showing what Hemsworth Nutrition is all about: community, support, and people pulling together.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm so proud of every single one of you. 💚🙏

Tomorrow is a huge day for us as we move Hemsworth Nutrition into a bigger premises just down the road! 💚

We've been incredibly blessed to reach full capacity at our current venue, and thanks to the amazing support from our members and community, we're now able to welcome even more people through our doors.

A massive thank you to all of our coaches who are coming together to help with the move. It's going to be a busy day, but we're so excited for this next chapter. 🙌

💚 Living with mental health challenges can sometimes mean that brain fog takes over.
Feeling tired, lacking focus, struggling to sleep, feeling overwhelmed, or finding yourself getting confused more easily can make everyday tasks feel much harder than they need to be.

That was me.
What I've learned is that clarity starts from within. Looking after my body has played a huge part in helping me feel more focused, more energised, and more in control of my day.

For me, that meant improving my nutrition, making sure I was getting the right vitamins and nutrients, staying hydrated, and creating healthier daily habits.

The difference hasn't happened overnight, but by consistently looking after myself, I've noticed a huge improvement in my energy, focus, and overall wellbeing.

If you're struggling with brain fog, poor sleep, low energy, or feeling constantly exhausted, don't ignore it. Start with the basics, fuel your body properly, look after yourself, and give yourself the best chance to feel your best.

Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest difference. 💚✨

We’ve got some exciting news across the Five Towns 💚✨

Hemsworth Nutrition opened back in January as a small hub with a big vision — and over the last few months it has grown into an amazing opportunity for people within the community.

The support, the results, the energy, and the growth have been incredible. Because of this, we are so excited to announce that we have officially signed for a bigger premises to rent so we can continue to expand even further 🚀

At Hemsworth Nutrition, results are key — that’s what we do best 💪And right now… we are absolutely on fire 🔥

This is a huge step into the next chapter for Hemsworth Nutrition, and we cannot wait to bring even more to the community with a bigger space, bigger opportunities, and bigger goals.

To celebrate, we will also be holding an Open Day where everybody is welcome to come along, have a look around, meet the team, and celebrate this exciting new journey with us 🎉

Hi everyone 🫶🏼

I’m a proud trainee coach at Hemsworth Nutrition.

After losing almost 18kg in just 4 months, I’ve never felt better. I have so much more energy, I’m sleeping like a baby, and I feel amazing inside and out. My own transformation inspired me to help others achieve the same results.

I’m the owner of Frankie’s Hairline Clinic, where I help men and women restore their confidence by addressing hair loss and thinning hair 🤎

I’m also the office manager at The Black Horse pub in Wakefield, and wife of a talented tattoo artist and, so life is always busy!

As a mum to five beautiful children, three dogs, and now three little mice 🫣, having more energy and feeling my best has made such a huge difference to my daily life.

I’m passionate about helping others improve their health, confidence, and overall wellbeing, and I’d love to support you on your own journey 🫶🏼
