A quiet space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Each 45-minute session is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and give your mind and body some time to settle.
We explore a mixture of:
• calming breath practices
• guided meditation & visualisation
• simple mantra practices
• body awareness
• deep rest
No experience needed - just come as you are.
Small group sessions (maximum 8 people) at the beautiful Pilates Evolved studio in Henfield.
