What an evening. Raj Gill was named Highly Commended, runner up for the Learning & Development Award, at the National Stars of Social Care Awards 2026.
The judges recognised Raj for turning training into something far more meaningful than a compliance exercise. Funded qualifications, specialist learning opportunities and our dementia simulation training day have all helped build a team that keeps growing, keeps learning and keeps getting better at what they do.
Standing in a room with care providers from across the country and hearing Raj's name called was a proud moment for all of us. It's recognition for the culture we've built together, one where development isn't an afterthought but part of how we work every day.
This is a win for the whole Orbis Care team. Thank you, Raj, for leading the way, and thank you to every member of staff who makes that culture real on the ground every single day.
