We're looking for a Weekend On-Call Supervisor to join our award-winning team and be the reassuring voice at the end of the phone for our Care Professionals and clients.

Your Role
As our Weekend On-Call Supervisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our Care Professionals and clients outside of office hours. Working from home, you'll provide advice, reassurance and support whenever it's needed, helping to resolve unexpected situations and ensuring our care continues to run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

📞 Answering the emergency on-call phone.
❤️ Supporting our Care Professionals and clients with advice and guidance.
👥 Arranging emergency cover for staff absences.
📲 Monitoring Care Professionals' log-ins to ensure visits are taking place safely.
🚗 Attending emergency visits when required.
🤝 Working alongside our friendly and supportive office team.
What to Expect

🏡 This is a work-from-home, on-call role.

You won't be working continuously throughout the weekend. Instead, you'll be on standby from home, ready to respond if support is needed. There will be quieter periods between calls, alongside regular checks to ensure Care Professionals have logged into their visits. You'll simply need to be available to answer the phone, provide support, and respond promptly if an emergency arises.

✔ A driver with access to their own vehicle for emergency visits.

🧩💜 Supporting Those Living with Dementia in Our Community 💜🧩

As a care company supporting clients to live independently in their own homes with dementia, we're proud to promote a fantastic local resource available at Redditch Library.

The "Memories & Me" bags have been specially created to enhance communication, spark meaningful conversations, and bring comfort and joy to those living with dementia. Each bag contains a wonderful selection of items such as nostalgic puzzles, sensory objects, books, traditional soap, and other memory-provoking treasures.

The library also has a great selection of books about dementia, offering valuable information and support for family members, friends, and carers.

Borrowing a bag is easy – all you need is a library card. If you don't already have one, simply pop into Redditch Library and the friendly team will help you sign up. Once you've finished with a bag, return it and borrow a different one to enjoy a new collection of memories.

A huge thank you to Redditch Library for providing such a thoughtful resource to support people living with dementia and their loved ones. 💜

🎉 What an Incredible Milestone! 🎉

Recently, one of our wonderful clients celebrated an amazing 100th birthday! 🥳💐

To mark this extraordinary occasion, she even received a special birthday card from His Majesty The King – a truly memorable keepsake for such a remarkable milestone. 👑💌

Our Care Professionals had the privilege of celebrating with her and her family, making the day even more special. Moments like these are a reminder of what care is really about – being there to share life's most precious memories.

At Home Instead Redditch & Bromsgrove, our clients are so much more than clients; they become part of our extended family. It is an honour to celebrate these special occasions together, and we are grateful to have been part of such a wonderful day.

A huge shout out to Nicki one of our amazing Care Professionals for organising this for one of her clients. ❤️
Just look at those smiles!
Recently, the chaplain, visited Mrs H to give her Holy Communion. It was such a special visit, and she truly seemed to enjoy every moment. Afterwards, she was emotional, overwhelmed, and incredibly grateful.
She told the care pro she'd been waiting a very long time for someone to come and give her Communion, and that it brought her a real sense of peace. Moments like these remind us how much the little things can mean.
The wonderful news is that the Chaplin is more than happy to continue visiting her as often as she'd like. Mrs H suggested every few weeks, so we'll be arranging another visit when we're there again.
Thank you, Nicki, for making this happen. It's acts of kindness like this that make such a meaningful difference. ❤🙏

Today we had such a lovely surprise when the children from The Learning Nursery came to visit us with some beautiful paintings they had made especially for us! 🎨💖

A huge thank you to all of the wonderful children and staff for your thoughtful gift. It really brightened our day, and we absolutely love every single picture.

On Friday, our Senior Leadership Team came together for our Leadership Conference, bringing all seven Home Instead HG offices under one roof.

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate an incredible first seven months of the year, reflect on everything we've achieved so far, and focus on our exciting plans for the future.

A huge congratulations to Sophie on her well-deserved promotion to General Manager of the Group. We couldn't think of anyone more deserving, and we're excited to see all you'll achieve in your new role.

What an inspiring day spent with such an incredible team. Here's to continuing to grow, supporting our clients and Care Professionals, and making a real difference in our community ❤

Here at Home Instead, we are incredibly proud of our Registered Manager in Redditch and our Registered Manager in Warwick, who recently took part in Race for Life to raise money for cancer research.

Together, they raised an amazing nearly £500 for this fantastic cause! 🎉💖

A huge well done to you both for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to making a difference—not only in the work you do every day but also in supporting such an important charity.
