Some of the busiest leaders I meet aren't thriving. They're hiding.
The early starts, the late finishes, the inbox cleared at midnight - from the outside it looks like dedication. But underneath, it's often something quieter: self-doubt, isolation, and a sense that they can't let anyone see them struggle. So they bury themselves in the work, pull away from their teams, and the distance grows.
The hard truth? You can't out-work self-doubt. It simply waits for you on the other side of the to-do list.
