How does an online session work?

Curious about online healing? Here’s what to expect.

A remote energy healing session can be a simple, calm and deeply personal experience.

You’ll join me online and create a comfortable space. You may choose to lie down, close your eyes and allow yourself time away from the noise of everyday life.

I then work with shamanic practices and energy techniques, creating space for reflection, release and restoration.

Afterwards, many clients appreciate being able to stay in their own environment, taking time to rest or simply be.

Healing definitely doesn’t have to happen in a physical room and the most powerful place to begin is within yourself.

What is remote energy healing?

Remote shamanic energy healing is a form of virtual alternative therapy where the practitioner works with your energy field across distance.

Many traditional healing practices recognise that energy and connection are not limited by physical space. During a remote session, I act as a bridge between worlds, using shamanic practices to support energetic balance, clearing and reconnection.

Sessions are held online, allowing you to receive the work from the comfort of your own space - somewhere you can fully relax and integrate the experience afterwards.
