The chair has arrived and its soul mission is to strengthen that pelvic floor that seems to give up waaaaaay too easily. Post partum? We got you. Menopausal? We got you.

It’s just a chair, you just sit. Doom scroll, read, eat…. Whatever you’d like to do. Fully clothed. 29 minute sessions. Screens available if you’d prefer some privacy.

Here at Glow we are in a lovely cool, listed building where during the winter we freeze our bits off, but it comes into its own during these hot summer months. Except where it’s just a sweat pit right up there… yet she still manages creates banging hair with a smile! 😊 Tough at the top eh Charl?

I also offer treatments that can help you manage when the humidity reaches tortuous levels and you ‘glisten and glow’ a little too much….

The event with the beautiful Courtney, at Glow HQ. What a fabulous day! So many gorgeous people came, learnt, tried and buyed!! Not an actual word but sounded good! 🤣

All products ordered have now arrived with me, they will be ready to collect from Tuesday!!
