I’m SO excited to let you know about our new class that has been added to our weekly schedule in Hereford…

🌀 Hatha Yoga - Tuesdays at 17:30-18:45 - Clear Space Studios Hereford
(starting 8th September!)

This class will run in addition to our regular Tuesday evening Restorative class at 19:00. There will be a 15min break between classes for turnaround, BUT if you want to full evening Yoga ritual, why not join us for both sessions?! ✨

I'm so excited to be expanding Energy Centre into Worcestershire! Having recently moved back to Malvern, I'm now offering personalised 1:1 Yoga sessions across Worcestershire, while continuing to teach throughout Herefordshire!

Private sessions may be for you if...
🌿 are completely new to Yoga
🌿 are returning after a break
🌿 are recovering from injury or illness
🌿 want to improve strength, flexibility or mobility
🌿 would like a practice designed around your individual goals
🌿 would love a private, hands-on assisted deep relaxation session
