Our advice is to use pouches occasionally, not every day and to feed from a spoon, tip into a bowl. 🥣 Remember: we move away from the sucking reflex baby’s are born with and begin to swallow and chew.

New to Hereford Lads Club,
Next to Widemarsh Family Hub.

Starting Monday 7th September- BRAND NEW fitness classes for the ladies of our local community. Open to members and non-members of all fitness levels and abilities.

No two fitness classes are the same. From bodyweight to dumbbells and kettlebells, resistance bands to cardio including high and low impact elements and everything in between. Each session is taken at your own pace, you get out of it what you put in 💪🏻

PLUS. . . They’re baby and toddler friendly. No childcare? No problem! Bring along your littles favourite toys to keep them busy so you can get stuck right in, or even use your littles as weights when they want a little extra attention from you.

Our volunteer leading the sessions is a fully qualified level 3 PT and pre and post natal instructor who will be on hand to guide you through the exercises and adapt them to your levels and abilities or with first hand experience being a mum of 4 can help settle your little so you can carry on.

Why not come and join us?? A great way to meet new people and start or continue your fitness journey.

Did you know? Standard alcohol hand gels aren't suitable for tiny hands under 3 years old.

That’s why Milton Antibacterial Hand Sanitiser is made with an alcohol-free, plant-based formula - making it gentle enough for babies from 3 months old, as well as toddlers and adults.

Make sure you keep one in your changing bag on days out this summer.
