This afternoon I was contacted by a distraught lady whose young daughter had, had a severe reaction to chemicals contained within a popular beauty brand aimed at the younger market and I’m in no doubt at all that she isn’t the only one! They’re all over social media and even girls as young as 6 are being bought sets and suitcases full of this absolute over priced crap. This young girl (9) will no doubt bare the scars for years to come and I’m working with her mother to help minimise the damage. Do you know what’s in these products that are made cheaply in China for a few pence and sold online for ££££’s Well I do!

This isn’t about caring for your consumers it’s all
About fancy, colourful little fb reels and promos aimed at a younger audience. As a parent would you want to see your daughter scarred for life, suffer hormonal imbalance’s and yes develop cancer. These products are absolutely riddled with it and brightly coloured to attract the younger attention! I see videos of younger girls collecting every set that they can without knowing the dangers that lurk and parents not educated enough to know the damage they are causing. These chemicals are so harsh I wouldn’t even put them down the sink. I’d dispose of them properly. But children are bathing in them 😳 this can only tell you the lasting damage it’s doing to them and yes all by design whilst they coin in the money at your child’s expense.

If your children want skincare pls opt for 💯 natural and something that’s going to benefit their young skin and not destroy it and take down every cell within their body! Natural is also cheaper too. Parents pls pls pls read the entire ingredients list and even the hidden fragrance ones too and knowing where these products are manufactured is also a start before making any purchases in regard to something your child is spraying, bathing and plastering all over their face because once they’ve been caught out by these chemicals the damage has already been done. I don’t have permission to share this young girls photo and wouldn’t either due to the graphic content. This poor child looks like she’s had a bath in battery acid!

If I could offer any constructive advice to anyone with young girls and their skin then I would say stay natural because you won’t end up looking twice your age when you’re in your 30’s. 🫶🫶🫶

I think sometimes we’re so busy waiting for the “good stuff” that we don’t realize… this IS the good stuff. 🌿

The laundry on the line. Dogs following you around the yard. Sunshine coming through the trees. Somebody you love somewhere inside the house. A cup you forgot sitting on the porch. Music playing through an open window.

Nothing exciting enough to post about.
Nothing fancy.
Nothing perfect.

Just life.

And maybe that’s exactly what makes it beautiful. 🤎

I’m learning that I don’t need every day to be an adventure. I just want more days that feel like mine. A little slower. A little simpler. A little imperfect. Filled with people and animals I love.

Because someday, these ordinary little moments might be the ones we’d give anything to have back.

So I’m trying to notice them while I’m still standing right in the middle of them. 🌻🐾
