• You and the client agree how you would like to work – whether you are with them continuously or on a weekly routine.
• Each day, you will have a three-hour break which you can spend as you please.
• We offer competitive pay rates, starting from £873.60 to £1048.32
• You are supported with your own office manager and we have in-house, face-to-face paid training throughout the year

Kemble carers can support with everyday tasks such as cutting up the vegetables for supper, changing the sheets and getting to those corners that need an extra hoover. They can pop to get a newspaper, fix a cup of coffee, call the doctors and get medication from the pharmacy. They can be the extra pair of hands, supporting people to stay living independently; enabling and encouraging. A new friend to listen and help when asked.
