Passed away unexpectedly on Thursday 6th August 2026, aged 45 years.

Lyndsay was a beloved and cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin.

The funeral service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Wednesday 9th September 2026, commencing at 12.15pm.

Russ was an active member of the Free Masons, Sub Aqua & Rowing. His hobbies included classic cars, model making, and art. Russ will be sadly missed by all that knew and loved him. With funeral standards in the news a lot recently, we wanted to provide reassurance to you all about our services.

Alistair, Will and our premises adhere to national trade association SAIF's code of practice on standards. This means we will always care for families and their loved ones with the utmost respect and professionalism. Processes within our mortuary and ashes storage are all fully documented to provide a robust audit trail.

Additionally, we are assessed and approved by SAIF inspectors. By request, we are happy to discuss concerns with families and show them how our premises operate in-person. This can include sensitive tours of our mortuary area to show how we meet our code of practice requirements.

We welcome the Department for Health & Social Care's recent proposal to formally regulate the funeral profession.
