Michelle has lost 2st 2.5lbs and achieved her personal achievement target in November 2025 - so is not far off of being a diamond target member!

That’s exactly what Emma did!
Emma joined on 7 July just as the summer was starting…. Roll on 6 weeks and look what she’s taken home!
I asked Emma how she felt and this is what she said…

“To be honest I’m feeling over the moon and amazed at my achievement as when I started I didn’t think I would lose a stone in the 6 week countdown.
I think the plan is so flexible with not having to weigh free foods and I haven’t really missed anything food wise. Hoping to lose another stone in my next 6 week countdown 🥰”
