Join Rachel and myself on the summer solstice for a journaling and crystal Workshop in the beautiful circular cabin on Garway Hill.

Together we'll explore a series of gentle journaling prompts designed to help you reconnect with your own sense of direction, clarity, and inner yes. Crystals will be offered as quiet companions throughout the morning, supporting reflection and intention setting.

This is a welcoming space for stillness, self enquiry, and optional sharing. No previous experience with journaling or crystals is needed.

Each participant will receive a handmade journal created especially for the workshop.
