Just a little reminder that classes on the 21st and 24th August will not be running as I am away on holiday 🤍 (Prepare for double trouble when I see you the week after 😁)

All other classes will run as normal 🌿 If you have bought a class credit package which runs during this time then it will be extended by one week 🌸

Chair Stretch & Mobility classes 🪑✨

Looking after your body doesn’t have to mean complicated or intense exercise. This Chair Stretch & Mobility class gently works through the whole body, helping to improve flexibility, mobility, posture and ease of movement, all in a relaxed, friendly and very social atmosphere 💚

Join me tomorrow at 10.30am at Madley Parish Hall for a 60 minute class. Perfect if you want to move, stretch, unwind and have a little chat along the way! 🪑🌿

£11 per session or £35 for 4 block sessions

Daytime Pilates classes at Credenhill Community Hall start back on 7th September 🌸🌿

This is a mat-based Pilates class where I take you through a flowing sequence of exercises designed to build core strength, improve flexibility and posture, and help you feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to your body.

Suitable for all levels- all exercises can be tailored to suit your personal ability.

Expect lots of positive vibes and you can take it at your own pace where needed.

£11 per single session
£35 for 4 sessions (block booking)

Welcome to a fresh new look for Productive Wellbeing! 🤍

The branding has changed, but the energy remains the same. You will be seeing these sprinkled around from now on.

You will also be seeing changes being made to the website over the next coming weeks (it’s become my “little” summer project!) so don’t alarmed by the sudden colour change 😅 you are still in the right place!

Over the past two years, as this business has grown, evolved and found its feet, I felt it was time for the brand to reflect that journey 🌿🌸🤍
