👋 Meet Steven – General Manager
This week we’re getting to know our General Manager, Steven!
Steven has been General Manager here at Holmer Park for an impressive 11 years and has been part of the Mosaic team for 17 years!
We asked Steven a few questions to find out a little more about the person behind the role…
• What do you enjoy most about your role?
“Working with people, coaching our team and problem-solving.”
• What’s something members might be surprised to know about you?
“As well as my role at Holmer Park, I’m a member of the Pool Water Treatment Advisory Group, and a tutor where I teach other operators how to run swimming pool plant
I’m also a volunteer facilitator for Andy’s Man Club, a men’s su***de prevention charity.”
• Where would we find you when you’re not at Holmer Park?
“At home with my children or at Allpay Park watching Westfields FC, where I’m also a volunteer committee member.”
• Favourite place to holiday?
“Watergate Bay, Cornwall.”
• And finally… what did you want to be when you grew up?
“An English teacher!”
From coaching our team to supporting his community outside of work, there’s definitely more to Steven than you might see day-to-day!
