PhysioPhilosophy PhysioPhilosophy is a small and friendly physiotherapy and rehabilitative clinic located in the grounds of the picturesque Hereford Cathedral School.

Vision Statement- To provide a safe, fun and inspiring environment which empowers patients to recover fully and exceed their own expectations by living full and healthy lives. Catriona has over 20 years experience working across the Military, NHS and Private sectors, specifically in the areas of Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic, Sports Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. She obtained a post-graduate qualification in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Cardiff Met. University in 2011 . Catriona will provide you with a specialist, friendly and reliable service to help you recover and manage your injury or condition. Catriona has extensive experience working with youth and adult sports: gymnastics, swimming, county level rugby. and has worked at numerous sporting events including the Great North Runs, Transplant Games and the Commonwealth Games. She is part of the medical team for the British Universities and College Sports (BUCS). With this experience and passion, she is very excited to be the Physiotherapy Lead at the Hereford Cathedral School where she looks forward to an exciting amalgamation in promoting the welfare of youth in sport and activity.

Our seated yoga class is gentle and accessible, done entirely while sitting. This makes it practical for all ages and abilities, supporting mobility, improving posture and easing tension through mindful movements and deep breathing techniques.
