So this utter legend is running The One And Only 🌟LONDON MARATHON 🌟 this weekend. Not only has he trained like a beast but been pulling all hour shifts at work, family life, and is the creator and founder of 'Dirty Feet' a place of Parkour excellence that all ages and abilities can access.
Somewhere that all families can enjoy of all socioeconomic backgrounds.

Together we will embark on a journey to explore SAFELY self-protection techniques. Learn the value of knowing how and when to draw your energies back to yourself through physical embodiment.
We offer a blend of movement and relaxation, through yoga, simple energy healing techniques, guided visualisation meditation and rituals which can easily be woven into everyday life.
There will be a "Sound awakening" healing Gongbath after lunch & the retreat will draw to a close with a fire ceremony, to mark the passing into winter, burn away the old & welcome the new. Enhancing the importance of working closely with the natural elements for support.
