Unfortunately, we are once again experiencing IT issues that are affecting a number of users, including both clinicians and support staff across all sites. The problems have been ongoing since we opened this morning and remain unresolved.

At this stage, we expect the disruption to continue into tomorrow, as the issue has not yet been resolved.

In the last two months, we have lost 10 days due to IT outages.

The IT issues are ongoing. Whilst we understand there is a great deal of work looking to implement a solution, we have had no additional support, and it is inevitable that there will be a knock on to the care we can offer, until this is resolved, and likely beyond then whilst we work through the backlog. There may be a delay in you receiving results or information from hospital appointments, and it may be harder to book an appointment with us.

The clinical systems we use are provided and managed by NHS England and Kent & Medway ICB, and we have no control over them.

Once again, this is completely out of our control. Please be patient with our staff, who are doing their best in what are extremely challenging circumstances.
