I will not promise you a pain free birth, but do promise to give you the tools to navigate whatever birth you have on the day, prepare you to feel calm and confident and support you in the lead up to birth and can be on hand in the early days postpartum to support with breastfeeding xx

After a long early labour, this beautiful couple welcomed baby Eleanor earthside at home, surrounded by fairy lights, affirmations, music, love and deep trust in the birth process 💫

Reading this story is such a reminder that birth can be intense, primal, emotional and still deeply empowering. The way they leaned into their hypnobirthing tools, worked together as a team, and created such a safe, calm space for birth was truly incredible 🤍
