Join us for a friendly, supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and enjoy a relaxed chat over a coffee.

We're hoping to make this a monthly meet-up, although we're still deciding how often it will run. We'd love to see as many people as possible, and we'll take it from there based on what attendees would like.

The Heron Medical Practice is looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).

We're keen to hear from patients of all ages, backgrounds and experiences to help ensure our practice reflects the needs of the whole community.

As a PPG member, you'll have the opportunity to:
💬 Share your views and ideas
🤝 Work alongside practice staff
🏥 Help shape how the practice develops
📢 Discuss new services and improvements
🌍 Represent the voice of patients in our local community

You can attend our quarterly face-to-face meetings or become a virtual member, receiving updates and questionnaires by email, allowing you to contribute at a time that suits you.
