What a special day.

Together we explored how stress, hormones, sleep, nutrition, and the nervous system are all connected, and how small, sustainable changes can have a profound impact on our wellbeing.

Watching women give themselves permission to slow down, ask questions, share experiences, and prioritise their own health is truly inspiring and the reason I do what I do.

Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from the basics:

โ€ข Eating enough food
โ€ข Supporting energy levels with balanced meals
โ€ข Creating sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets

Many women are surprised to discover they are under eating, especially protein & fibre. Low energy isnโ€™t always about needing more caffeine sometimes itโ€™s about needing more fuel.

It is amazing how quickly the body can respond when itโ€™s getting the nourishment it needs through food and movement.

And no, itโ€™s never too early to be feeling better! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I completed my Menopause Yoga training with and wrapped the Womenโ€™s Health Yoga series as the biggest fan girl of Sally and her team โœจ

This journey has been about so much more than movement, itโ€™s been about understanding the female body through every stage and generation, creating space for rest, strength, confidence, and connection.

Grateful for the learning, the conversations, the practices, and every woman who shared part of the journey along the way ๐ŸŒธ

Introducing Balance with Samantha..

I now specialise in supporting women through all stages of life, from menstrual health and fertility, through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and into perimenopause and menopause. My approach combines professional knowledge with lived experience (some yet to experience but looking forward to), creating support that is compassionate, realistic, and deeply person-centred.

I also understand how vulnerable it can feel to step into a new space or begin your own journey, particularly in a world filled with short videos, quick fixes, and conflicting advice online. While social media can be inspiring and informative, it can also feel overwhelming and make it difficult to know what guidance is safe, evidence based, and genuinely supportive.

That is why I believe in creating a space grounded in professional training, lived experience, and realistic, sustainable approaches. My aim is not to promote perfection or trends, but to offer informed, compassionate support that helps people better understand their bodies, build confidence, and make meaningful changes that truly support your focus and long-term health.

An evening with emthenutritionist & roxienafousi. Dream duo! Such an inspiring event, and a little reminder to myself to say yes to the things that genuinely light me up. Iโ€™m always tempted by events like these, but when this came up, booking it was an absolute no brainer. So insightful, educational, and fun all at once.

Thereโ€™s something really powerful about being in a room full of individuals who are sharing their knowledge, owning their stories, and inspiring others to do the same. Nights like this always leave me feeling motivated, empowered, and even more excited for the journey Iโ€™m creating for myself.

The yoga philosophy of balance emphasises achieving equilibrium in various aspects of life, including physical, mental and spiritual.
Balance
The name resonates on so many levels, and I know it will with many of you too. Nutrition fascinates me, itโ€™s something Iโ€™ll always be curious about and continue to learn from. Iโ€™m now offering personalised sessions focused on nutrition education, lifestyle habits, mindful movement, and holistic wellbeing support.
Meditation
Each class concludes with a short meditation practice and/or additional breathwork practice. I also offer bespoke packages tailored to individual needs. Exciting times ahead for all of us who will benefit from this shared knowledge and deeper support.
Yoga
I am a qualified 300+ hour Yoga Teacher, and yoga is my first love. The foundation of Balance with Samantha. My teaching is inclusive and accessible to all, and I also specialise in womenโ€™s health, offering supportive packages through the teen years, menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, postnatal care, and menopause. Teaching was once something I dreamed of, and it is now part of my everyday life. Thank you to every one of you for being part of this journey.
