A very proud moment for me 💚

I’m incredibly honoured to have received a Certificate of Exceptional Clinical Recognition for clinical vigilance, professional judgement and commitment to patient care.

As Podiatrists, Chiropodists and Foothealth Practitioners we often see far more than simply feet. Careful assessment can identify signs that something isn’t quite right — and on this occasion, recognising a potentially life-threatening pathology and acting promptly made a profound difference to my patient’s outcome.

After nearly 30 years in the profession, patient safety remains at the heart of everything I do, both in clinic and when teaching the next generation of practitioners.

A lovely reminder of just how important our role can be. 💚
