✨ EXCITING NEWS ✨
I never thought I’d be writing this post quite so soon! ❤️
After an incredible 25 years in the beauty industry, I’m so excited to share that I’ve accepted the full-time role of Level 2 Beauty Therapy Tutor at Wilberforce Sixth Form College! 🎉
As many of you know, I’ve been juggling salon life with teaching for the last few years, so this really is a dream opportunity. What’s made it even more special is that I’ve been working alongside my very first boss, Fiona from my French Polish days, who I’ve known since I was 17, and my uni mentor Nikki, who I first met back in 2010 while studying for my teaching degree. They’ve both been such a huge part of my journey at Wilberforce, along with the hairdressing pros Leanne and Julie, patiently answering my million questions, supporting me every step of the way and talking me through the occasional “menty B”… (classroom bingo springs to mind 😂❤️).
When the opportunity came up to help shape the Level 2 course, it was simply one I couldn’t turn down. It truly feels like a full-circle moment, and I’m so excited for this next chapter. I can’t wait to help inspire, support and train the next generation of beauty therapists as they begin their own journeys in this amazing industry.

That said… this decision has been incredibly hard. 🥹
Over the years, you’ve become so much more than clients. We’ve laughed, cried, celebrated life’s milestones and put the world to rights together. The Loft and The Hideaway have given me friendships I’ll treasure forever, and I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without your loyalty, kindness and support.
This isn’t goodbye forever though. 🤍 I’m hoping to hold occasional Therapy Days, so think of this as a “pause” rather than a goodbye.
I completed my final salon day on Friday, and what a final month it was! Thank you all so much for the gorgeous cards, gifts and well wishes. They honestly meant the world to me and made my final few weeks so incredibly special. ❤️
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for choosing me, trusting me and supporting my little business for the last 25 years. It’s been such a privilege and a pleasure, and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had the most amazing clients and friendships along the way.
So, here’s to 25 amazing years, new beginnings and an exciting new chapter… and to hopefully inspiring the next generation of beauty therapists along the way. 🥂✨
