Aim for 30 minutes a day (minimum of 150 minutes a week) of walking at moderate intensity. In other words, walk at a "oh no, I'm going to be late!" sorta pace. :)

For our clinical dietetics practical session we hade to modify a chicken roast dinner to a dietary requirement. Our group got level 4 diet - puréed.

Going to be honest this wasn’t a task I was looking forward to, ya know, with having to cook with animal products and all. But, in the end I really enjoyed learning about dysphagia and how to adapt food suitable for swallowing difficulties. Plus, I love spreading and piping (the mash and carrots are mine 😁) so it was nice to get a bit creative.

Other groups had to modify their meals for: heart health, gluten free/ celiac disease, high protein high calorie, and renal. Really interesting and useful session.
