SLOW FLOW YOGA & MEDITATION

This will include a lovely Slow-Flow Yoga class (45 mins) Breathwork, lots of stretching, easy to follow, flowing slowly and connecting the breath with movement. A calming meditative experience - suitable for beginners. Then tea/coffee/Prosecco and a tasty treat! Followed by a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation (45 mins) to leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, peaceful and calm ❤️
Take some time to be fully present with the self, and to switch off, shut the world out and experience peace and tranquility.

YOGA & MEDITATION, SAUNA & COLD PLUNGES

An exciting experience - when Shanti Yoga Studios takes a little trip out to ‘The Hot Place’ 🚿 ☀️ down in Thurstaston.
We will start with Yoga & Meditation, then have fun in the communal sauna and experience cold plunging or cold showers, the choice is yours! Get hot, get cold, chill out and enjoy the beautiful views 🤩
This gorgeous little hidden gem is private, with stunning views across Thurstaston to Wales, fully equipped with separate changing rooms, separate cold showers, a communal sauna, two cold plunges, a Tee-pee tent and a chill out area with a fire pit!
Water and cake 🧁 will be provided during our session in The Hot Place.
When we’ve finished there is an option to head over to The Nest, where we can enjoy each others company over a beverage 🥂

Raising money for Celandine Wood Animal Rescue and Willowfields Sanctuary & Rescue

As some of you know I’ve been given the task of organising the Health & Wellness Tent at this big event on 1st & 2nd August. To raise money for Celandine Wood Animal Rescue and Sanctuary & Recue.

Anyone wanting to book in for Yoga, Pilates, Soundbaths, Mantra & Movement classes……£10 or Reflexology, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage Facial massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Indian Head Massage …£25 (30 mins)………I have put the LINK TO THE BOOKING PAGE IN THE FIRST COMMENT BOX. If you have any problems booking please just message me.
You can turn up on the day and book in at the booking desk outside the tent as well, but we can’t guarantee spaces will be available in everything.

We have an amazing team of teachers and therapists to bring this Health & Wellness Marquee something very special, and to raise valuable funds for animals needing rescue care.

If anyone has any unwanted gifts or businesses wanting to donate for Raffle or Tombola, they will be absolutely & gratefully received. You can contact me or drop off at Medivet (Daryl Road Heswall)

If anyone is interested in having a stall to sell their goods or know anyone may be interested (£30 for 1 day or £50 for both days!!) There’s still time to book a stall.
