As some of you know I’ve been given the task of organising the Health & Wellness Tent at this big event on 1st & 2nd August. To raise money for Celandine Wood Animal Rescue and Sanctuary & Rescue

Anyone wanting to book in for Yoga, Pilates, Soundbaths, Mantra & Movement classes……£10 or Reflexology, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage Facial massage, Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage, Indian Head Massage …£25 (30 mins)………I have put the LINK TO THE BOOKING PAGE IN THE FIRST COMMENT BOX. If you have any problems booking please just message me.
You can turn up on the day and book in at the booking desk outside the tent as well, but we can’t guarantee spaces will be available in everything.

We have an amazing team of teachers and therapists to bring this Health & Wellness Marquee something very special, and to raise valuable funds for animals needing rescue care.

If anyone has any unwanted gifts or businesses wanting to donate for Raffle or Tombola, they will be absolutely & gratefully received. You can contact me or drop off at Medivet (Daryl Road Heswall)

If anyone is interested in having a stall to sell their goods or know anyone may be interested (£30 for 1 day or £50 for both days!!) There’s still time to book a stall.

This chakra governs your ability to give and receive love. By learning to nurture your heart chakra, you can cultivate more love and connection while enhancing your overall sense of well-being. Healing, opening, aligning and strengthening the heart chakra allows you to foster a harmonious connection with yourself and others.
Mantra, Mudras, Breathwork (Pranayama), Postures - to open, align and strengthen the Anahata Chakra.
We will then break for refreshments, and follow an Anahata Chakra meditation with Reiki - Suitable for beginners.
Refreshments include tea/coffee/fruit teas, hot chocolate, Prosecco and a tasty treat! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

There will be alllllllsorts there for entertainment, but anyone wanting to book in for Yoga, Pilates, soundbaths, mantra & movement classes……or reflexology, reiki, massage, Indian head etc, I will give more details on how to prebook and who’s on the Wellness team on another post.
