ANAHATA CHAKRA - Heart Chakra ❤️
This chakra governs your ability to give and receive love. By learning to nurture your heart chakra, you can cultivate more love and connection while enhancing your overall sense of well-being. Healing, opening, aligning and strengthening the heart chakra allows you to foster a harmonious connection with yourself and others.
Mantra, Mudras, Breathwork (Pranayama), Postures - to open, align and strengthen the Anahata Chakra.
We will then break for refreshments, and follow an Anahata Chakra meditation with Reiki - Suitable for beginners.
Refreshments include tea/coffee/fruit teas, hot chocolate, Prosecco and a tasty treat! 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♀️

This chakra is the seat of our emotions. Bringing our sacral chakra into balance taps us into our creativity, self expression, emotional stability and teaches us to respect our bodies, let go of guilt and take care of our body’s needs.
Mantra, Mudras, Breathwork (Pranayama), Postures to unblock, release stagnant tension and bring balance to the SVADHISTHANA Chakra.
