How are you doing with everything life seems to be asking of us at the moment? Perhaps you’re feeling the need to slow down, take a breath and have some time that is simply for you? As we move through Autumn, it can be a meaningful time to pause, reflect and reconnect with ourselves. So, if you’re feeling in need of some nourishment, I’d love to invite you to the Sound Lodge for a deeply restorative Sunday afternoon of sound, stillness and reflection in nature.
The gentle vibrations of the gongs and other sounds offer a wonderful opportunity to let go of tension, quieten the mind and simply rest. The Sound Lodge is very close to my heart. Nestled in nature, it is a peaceful space created for you to step away from everyday life, reconnect with your inner wisdom and honour wherever you are on your journey.
SAMHAIN SOUND BATH & MEDITATION on Sunday 1st November | 2–3.30pm.
Samhain is Nature's end of the year cycle where we link to all that has gone before in the year. The days are growing shorter, and this time is an opportunity to rest, reflect and inwardly prepare for the winter months. Weather permitting, we’ll begin outdoors with some gentle grounding — simple practices that really do help us settle and arrive in the moment. We’ll then move into the Sound Lodge, where you can relax beside the warmth of the fire and enjoy a restorative sound bath and meditation with Gongs, Singing Bowls, Colour, Mantras, Poetry, Reflection and Stillness. Maybe treat yourself and a friend? £30 for one person | £35 for two people. Places are limited, so booking is essential please.
I’d love to share this peaceful space with you.
In resonance and with all Earth Blessings,
Johanna
