🌿 Just Breathe 🌿

There is something deeply powerful about returning our awareness to the breath.

We breathe thousands of times every day, often without giving it a second thought. Yet when we begin to breathe consciously, the breath can become an anchor, bringing us out of the noise of the mind and back into the present moment.

As a breathwork practitioner, understanding the breath is central to my own spiritual practice and self awareness. For me, breathwork is about creating space to become still, listen inwardly and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level.

The power of the breath is so often underestimated.

So today, give yourself a few quiet minutes.

Close your eyes if that feels comfortable.
Release your shoulders.
Soften your body.

Breathe in slowly…
Breathe out completely.

You don’t need to achieve anything. You don’t need to change anything. Simply notice the breath moving through you.

With every inhale, invite in peace, love and calm.
With every exhale, imagine releasing stress, fear and worry.

✨ The breath is always with you. The invitation is simply to become aware of it.

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing some simple breathing exercises for you to explore and incorporate into your own moments of stillness, grounding and self awareness.
