🙌ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT 🙌

🚙Heading to Oxford again for the next two practical days of the Integrated Fascia Diploma 🕸️

🙋‍♀️And what two days they are going to be

🙏I have the huge privilege of co-tutoring alongside the absolute therapy Jedis: Louise Mauferon Vernet & Jo Rose: as we move into two fascinating days focused on craniosacral techniques & visceral work 🙌

🧐What makes this diploma so special is not just the depth of the learning, but the people. Incredible therapists from all over the globe coming together, sharing knowledge, asking questions, challenging ideas, developing their hands & expanding the way they look at the body as a whole 🌏

🕸️Fascia never exists in isolation. Neither does movement, tension, emotion, the nervous system or the way the body adapts 🕸️

🐕These practical days give us the opportunity to slow down, listen with our hands & explore those connections on a much deeper level 🐎

🫶I genuinely cannot wait to get back in the room with this amazing group 🫶

😴4.30am start may be questionable…

Yesterday I had a really special afternoon.
I had Tracey from Equine Therapies by Tracey Cooper over for a mentor afternoon in Applied Herbal Choices.

We had some beautiful selections and some amazing responses from the animals.

Thank you Westie's Waggy Tails for your dogs and Mireille West for your horses.

Had an amazing day with Sara Farina from Johnston Farina Academy learning about the importance of The Canine Hyoid Apparatus.

We learnt several direct and indirect techniques to help with restrictions
