PRICE UPDATE - Soft Tissue Therapy

From 3rd August 2026, we will be making a few changes to our appointment structure and pricing.

What’s changing:

* All appointments will now be 60 minutes. 45 minutes is no longer available unless requested and agreed upon.
* There will now be one treatment price, whether you book massage only or a combination treatment including dry needling and/or fire cupping.

New pricing (from 3rd August):

* 60-minute treatment: £60 → £70
* Appointment deposit: £20 → £25
* Affiliate discounts will be set at 20% and adjusted in line with the new pricing.

These changes reflect rising business costs, ongoing investment in training, and a high demand for appointments in our increasingly busy clinic.

Appointments booked before 3rd August will be honoured at the current price.

Every loss became a lesson.

Safe to say that after years of powerlifting, my knees aren’t quite built for running around a football pitch anymore!

Today we had 10 year old Arthur in the clinic for treatment of Sever’s Disease, a common growth related condition that affects active children. It occurs when the growth plate at the back of the heel becomes irritated, often due to repetitive impact and tight muscles pulling on the heel bone during periods of rapid growth.

Arthur has been struggling with pain and soreness in his heels and calves. As a keen young athlete who plays football, cricket, and more football, the discomfort has started to hold him back from doing what he loves most.

Today’s treatment focused on flushing through the muscles of the lower legs to help reduce tension and improve mobility. We also applied K-Tape to help alleviate some of the stress on his calves and provide additional support.

The difference was immediate, and Arthur felt significant relief following treatment. We’re looking forward to hearing how he gets on during his football match tomorrow! 🙌⚽️
