A reminder that the clinic will be closed from 23 December and reopen on 6 January.
The festive period often brings changes in routine that can affect pain, stiffness, and recovery. A few simple supports over the next couple of weeks:
• change position regularly
• favour slow, nasal breathing with a longer exhale
• choose gentle movement over strong stretching
• respond early to stiffness rather than pushing through
