We had a lovely day today at Chesham United FC for the comedy charity football match.

Members of our hospital team were there to meet local residents, answer questions, and share more about the care and services available close to home.

Community events like this are a great opportunity for people to speak to us in a relaxed setting and learn more about how we may be able to support them or their family when they need care.

Our umbrella hats were a real hit with visitors too! ☂️

Thank you to everyone who came over to say hello, and to Chesham United FC for hosting a brilliant day.

We love hearing about our patients’ experiences and today brought a particularly thoughtful moment.

One of our patients popped back in to see our team before travelling to Greece for Easter, bringing with her some delicious Greek biscuits as a thank you for the care she received.

It’s moments like this that reflect the kind of experience we strive to provide - supportive, attentive care that helps patients feel confident and well looked after throughout their treatment journey.

Wishing her a wonderful Easter with her family in Greece.

Today, our clinical team took part in a training session focused on compression stocking measurement for patients undergoing varicose vein surgery.

Sessions like this support our commitment to maintaining high standards of care, ensuring consistency in practice, and delivering the best possible outcomes for our patients. It was great to see the team engaging with the practical elements and sharing knowledge and experience.

If you are considering treatment for varicose veins, you can feel confident you are in safe, experienced hands. We offer a range of treatments, with expert support at every stage of your journey.

A special thank you to Sister Caroline for organising the session.
