Home from the most incredible week in Norway 🚢🇳🇴 and back to reality!😭

However I’m looking forward to being back in the salon tomorrow, even though I’m straight back to a fully booked diary 😂

🌿 A little update from The Zen Studio…

From 1st September, you’ll notice a few changes to my treatment menu and prices.

Over the last few months I’ve had a really good look at the way I work, the treatments I offer and, most importantly, the parts of my job that I genuinely love.

So going forward, I’m concentrating more on the treatments I’m passionate about - the ones where I feel I can give you the very best of me💚

That means a slightly more streamlined treatment menu, along with some updated prices from September.

I’m also being much more protective of my working time. Rather than squeezing people in, working through breaks or adding appointments onto already busy days, I’m building proper gaps and breaks into my day so that every client gets the same calm, unhurried treatment experience.

Because of this, booking in advance is going to be more important than ever, particularly if you need a specific day or time. I’ll always do my best to accommodate everyone, but I won’t be overfilling my diary anymore.

The Zen Studio has changed a lot over the last four years — and Zen Studio 2.0 feels like the perfect time for me to make sure the way I work is manageable 😊

Client feedback after yesterday’s MLD treatment 🥰

“Slept like a log!!! And 3kg lighter than yesterday morning!!!”

Now obviously that isn’t 3kg of body fat disappearing overnight - but it really shows just how much fluid our bodies can sometimes hold onto.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle treatment designed to support the lymphatic system, helping to encourage the movement of excess fluid and reduce that heavy, puffy or bloated feeling.

And a great night’s sleep too… I’ll take that! 🌿
