Gratitude is the quiet reminder to your subconscious: I am not lacking. I am already blessed with so much.

When we practise gratitude, we gently shift our awareness from what is missing to what is present.

The breath is here.
The body is here.
Life is here.
And in this moment, I have enough. I am enough.

What we repeatedly focus on, we teach the mind to notice.

So today, breathe deeply, soften your body, and let gratitude become more than a thought — let it become a way of being.

DON’T WAIT FOR MOTIVATION. AWAKEN YOURSELF.

Sometimes we think we need motivation to begin.

But motivation comes and goes.

What we really need is inspiration.
Activation.
A decision to show up.

Show up for your body.
Show up for your mind.
Show up for your breath.
Show up for YOU.

You don’t need to feel ready.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.

Just show up on your mat.

And let the practice do the rest.

Through intelligent movement, strength, flexibility, breath and mindful awareness, we work not only with the body, but with the nervous system, fascia, posture, balance and the way we inhabit ourselves.

Every class is an opportunity to become a little more awake.
